Alcon's goal is achieved through the activity of 40 ambassadors in 11 cities. The ambassadors, after having identified the university students in target (glass wearers/occasional contact lens wearers), deliver the flyer communicating the promo and how to use the discount. The ambassador accompanies the student in the customer journey, guiding the download of the voucher. Using the smartphone, he scans the QR code on the flyer and guides the download of the voucher helping the student with registration. At the end, the ambassador delivers the branded gadget (lip balm)
