We analyzed opportunities to establish new agreements with universities, with the aim of expanding the Apple on Campus (AoC) network. This included carefully managing relationships with project leaders at universities, ensuring effective and productive interactions. To promote the agreements, we developed and implemented customized communication plans aimed at students, teachers and technical-administrative staff, using emails, newsletters, social media and blogs. We also collected and analyzed reports on the initiatives carried out by each university, evaluating the performance of our dedicated stores to continue to improve the service offered.
