HR & MKTG conquers the STEM Generation – UNIVERSITYBOX!
UNIVERSITYBOX TOUR go back to October in the main Italian universities for the edition “BACK TO SCHOOL”.
It starts again the “war4talent” in search of the best students in universities with a primary focus on students STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). From this year the focus of the TOUR will no longer be limited to companies that want to communicate and promote their "educational" offers, aimed at the world of MILLENNIALS, but a large space will be dedicated toEmployer Branding.
We are now at the 25th edition with over 500,000 students participants over the course of the various editions. Universitybox tour, as always, is not a point of arrival but a starting point for us and our partners to then dialogue throughout the year with the tour participants and another 250,000 students who populate our online community and our social channels.
The tour is almost full and, this year too, the Millennials university students will come into contact with the best proposals related to technology, food, beverage, telephony and design. During the tour the initiative will also be launched ”ITALY WE WANT” with the aim of giving space and visibility for the most innovative ideas of the students. Not only ideas of start up but useful ideas linked to various areas that bring out the most interesting profiles and their soft skills.
