Tinaba's goal is achieved through an ambassador activity in the city of Milan, within 4 universities. The ambassadors had the task of promoting the app and getting students to download it (each ambassador had their own personal code), after which they were given gadgets including a scratch card with a code to insert into the app worth 5 euros, which could be used to pay in institutions affiliated with Tinaba. The ambassadors also had the task of carrying out flyering and posting activities within their universities, to give greater visibility to the brand and to create weekly content on Instagram, depending on the product to be sponsored.
