After telling you the Marketing strategies undertaken for KIA<\/a>, today we want to delve into another collaboration that we are extremely proud of, that of non-profit marketing for Save the Children.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The organization, which has been fighting for over 100 years to save boys and girls at risk and guarantee them a future, has in fact launched the project \u201cVolunteers for Education\u201d<\/strong> with the<\/span>aim to help of children and adolescents aged 9 to 17 years in<\/span>learning recovery\u00a0And<\/span>\u00a0of motivation to study.<\/p>\n

The project includes:\u00a0<\/span>to stand alongside<\/strong> permanently a volunteer<\/strong>, properly trained, to a single child\/adolescent<\/strong>\u00a0or to a small group of children\/adolescents for online study support.<\/span><\/p>\n

To find Volunteer tutors<\/strong>Save the Children announced a competition and we, thanks to our experience in terms of communication and marketing towards university students, managed to take home first place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To achieve these goals, the organization has adopted an approach that includes training<\/strong>, awareness raising<\/strong>, a code of conduct<\/strong> and procedures of report<\/strong>The ultimate goal is to put pressure on institutions and governments to ensure that they always put children's rights at the center of their policies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nonprofit Marketing: What activities have been undertaken for Save the Children?<\/span><\/h2>\n

After winning the competition that the Brand had called to find communication agencies that could develop a communication campaign<\/strong> integrated for the volunteer recruitment<\/strong>, we immediately started thinking about what the most effective communication strategies could be to achieve this goal.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, we have decided to direct our communication efforts towards a DEM (Direct Email Marketing) campaign<\/strong> and towards a communication campaign on Social Media<\/strong>, aware of the fact that our community is made up exclusively of university students and, therefore, that social media were the most profitable channel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Direct Email Marketing<\/span><\/h3>\n

DEM is an online communication strategy that involves sending advertising emails<\/strong> to a list of selected recipients. This is a communication that is more focused on commercial and lead generation aspects than a newsletter and aims to generate new customers and maintain existing ones. Among its main advantages, we can highlight the fact that it has less frequent deadlines<\/strong> and is more oriented towards short-term results.<\/span><\/p>\n

This marketing tactic is particularly suitable for businesses targeting university students, since its High customization<\/strong> and his direct approach<\/strong> They are highly appreciated by young people, who prefer less invasive and more tailored communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this case, we sent our Community a series of messages to present the Save the Children project<\/strong>, to encourage the kids to become volunteers while explaining the benefits they would get from it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
